What we collect

For each person: the name, gender, date of birth for a child, relation to the party, and T-shirt size. For the party: the email, phone, postal address, church, the volunteer areas, if a person has a medical need or a pregnancy, and the notes that you write.

Why we collect it

We use it to register your party, give it a room, put the children in classes, order T-shirts, and send you the confirmation, the receipts and the camp notices.

Who sees it

• The camp registrar and the BRBC board.
• Pinecrest Camp, which gets the names, ages, genders, rooms, church and phone of the persons at camp.
• Authorize.net, which takes your card payment.
• Google, which keeps the camp email and data for us. Google reCAPTCHA can also check the room page for robots.

We do not sell your data. We give it only to the persons in this list.

Card data

You type your card number on the Authorize.net page. The card number never comes to the camp. We keep only the transaction number and the amount.

How long we keep it

The board has not set this period yet.

Change or delete your data

Send an email to registrar@brbcfamilycamp.org. We answer each request.
